In the spring of 2018 South Asian Concern entered into a strategic collaboration with Interserve GBI to whom they have entrusted their UK training and equipping ministry.
This has resulted in a much larger group helping churches and individuals to reach out to Hindus and Sikhs in the UK and SAC’s recommended books and resources are now available through their Kitab website.
Ram Gidoomal, Chairman of South Asian Concern, said: “We need to show how Jesus is good news for all people. This strategic collaboration will lead to greater effectiveness in equipping churches to develop relationships of love, hospitality and service with Hindus and Sikhs.”
If you, or your church, is interested in materials, training or advice concerning UK ministry please contact Interserve GBI. Interserve also house the former SAC library containing around 3000 books about mission, South Asian faith and culture and working in a cross cultural setting.
SAC will continue to focus on developing our ministry with our partners in South Asia, where there are so many opportunities and challenges, and a great need for increased funding. We will also go on working among the South Asian diaspora worldwide, researching opportunities and sharing resources to reach out to South Asians and others.
